The West will be taking bookings for guests to host events (corporate gatherings, wellness retreats, weddings, full-resort buy-out parties, family reunions) in May/June/September/October.

The West, exclusive estate, will offer a private gathering space that can accommodate groups up to 40 sleepover guests and up to 100 day guests. Among other things, The West buy-out comes with exclusive use of:

• An outdoor community area

• A 1000 sq ft outdoor event tent  

• A 600 sq ft indoor venue space, called The Work House 

• A lakefront dock space

Packages are being curated for the 2027 offering.
