On-site sleeping accommodations for up to 30 guests. Four, two-bedroom Lake Houses sleep 18 guests and the four-bedroom Main House sleeps 12 additional guests.

Group dining experiences can be accommodated in "The Main House", Great Room, with an expansive table set up, overlooking the property.

Retreat and group bookings are inclusive of coffee & tea, unlimited mineral water, communal outdoor seating, firepits with stocked wood, sun loungers, onsite parking and post-event cleaning.

3 hours from Toronto; 2 hours from Montreal; 1 hour from Ottawa and 45 minutes from Kingston. Located directly on the Rideau Lake System, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Nightly rates as low as $2,500 for weekend and $1,800 for weekdays, which can accommodate private retreats of 22 or 30 people in a family/friends shared sleeping style.

A minimum of two-night stay is required.

The estate may be reserved in one of two ways:

Option 1: Through a single group payment, where 50% deposit is due upon booking and this deposit becomes non-refundable three months before arrival. The remaining 50% deposit is due one month before arrival and is non-refundable at that time.

Option 2: Through individual client payments, via a contract with the group leader for the entire estate booking. Each client is required to pay in full within 60 days of the group leader contract and client payments are non-refundable upon receipt.
